The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on September 10, 2026, issued a notification regarding the submission of reports through the CDSL Audit Web Portal.
The following has been stated: -
•CDSL has introduced an online Audit Web Portal for Depository Participants (DPs) and Auditors to submit prescribed audit reports.
•Submission of all reports covered under the portal is mandatory and must be made exclusively through the Audit Web Portal using the respective user ID and password.
•A detailed user guide covering registration and login procedures for new and existing DPs and Auditors has been provided as Annexure A.
•DPs and Auditors are required to follow the prescribed procedures to ensure timely access and smooth audit-related reporting. Reports submitted through any mode other than the Audit Web Portal will not be considered valid and will be treated as non-submission.
